Fundraisers
WYWL has 2 flagship fundraisers each year: CraftWestport and the Minute Man Race. Profits from fundraisers are distributed to charities in lower Fairfield county through our grants process. We also offer individual levels of sponsorship for CraftWestport and the Minute Man Race, as well as a package sponsorship for both fundraisers.

CraftWestport is a fine arts and crafts show held at Staples High School in Westport on a Saturday and Sunday each November. Over 175 artists come from all over to display and sell their wares. There is jewelry, furniture, clothing, garden art and much more. Start your holiday shopping with us!
Minute Man
April 30, 2023
The Minute Man Race is a USA Track & Field certified 10K & 5K Run, plus 5K Walk, that begins and ends at Compo Beach in Westport, CT. There is also a Kids Fun Run, with Kids Zone, held on the baseball field and basketball court at the beach. 2021 will be our 44th annual race, held on Saturday, April 30! It’s fun for the whole family and a great way to welcome Spring.
